The National Oceanography Centre, Southampton came to us with a problem; they have several exhibitions a year at which to exhibit but all with varying stand sizes. So, NOCS required a way of exhibiting in a flexible way and asked us if we could help. We came up with a modular exhibition stand solution which could easily be assembled and configured for different space dimensions, focussed around a plasma screen presentation. In addition to ultimate flexibility, it's a very environmentally friendly solution as the system simply packs away into small carry cases and can be used time and time again, avoiding the need for bespoke and costly traditional exhibition stands which produce a lot of waste. Fluid also developed the NOCS brand, designing the system graphics and straplines. The robust system is now in its third year.
